Sweet Potato Casserole

Step 1: Preheat the oven Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2: Cook the sweet potatoes Peel and chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Place them in a large pot with enough water to cover them. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the sweet potatoes are tender. Drain the water and let the sweet potatoes cool slightly.
