How to Make Pulled Pork on a Traeger Smoker

Step 1: Prepare the Pork Shoulder Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and season it with salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and brown sugar. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
