  • 2 pounds beef short ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
