Scalloped Potatoes and Ham Recipe

- Potatoes (6 large)
- Ham (2 cups, cooked and diced)
- Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, shredded)
- Onion (1 medium, diced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Butter (4 tablespoons)
- All-Purpose Flour (4 tablespoons)
- Milk (3 cups)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Step 2 Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

Step 3 In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.

Step 5 Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the greased baking dish. Top with half of the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese. Pour half of the thickened milk mixture over the layers.
