  • Broccoli (2 heads)
  • Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • Onion (1 medium)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Butter (4 tablespoons)
  • Flour (1/4 cup)
  • Milk (4 cups)
  • Vegetable broth (2 cups)
  • Salt (1 teaspoon)
  • Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)

    Step 1 Chop the broccoli heads into florets. Set aside.
