Broccoli-Cheddar Soup

- Broccoli (2 heads)
- Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
- Onion (1 medium)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Butter (4 tablespoons)
- Flour (1/4 cup)
- Milk (4 cups)
- Vegetable broth (2 cups)
- Salt (1 teaspoon)
- Pepper (1/2 teaspoon)

Step 1 Chop the broccoli heads into florets. Set aside.
